Join us for a wonderful dinner with guest chef, Paul Placintino. Lodge opens at 5 with dinner at 6.

Stracciatella Soup – chicken based with egg ribbons and spinach

Caesar  Salad – classic Caesar salad

Entree – Pollo alla Sorrentino – Fresh chicken cutlet with proscuitto and eggplant topped with mozzarella in a light tomato sauce.  Served with penne pasta
